up till day 103

from day one, almost quarter of the things that needs to be done was completed  (okay, tau itu sikit memandangkan wedding dah nak dekat). we will be pushing hard for the next 90 days to get everything else done.

for me, the most important thing is to agree on the budget. we had some trouble on deciding the budget and it kept on changing almost every week. so, it was a bit tough to balance things out. we did overspend on certain things. do keep in mind that having to decide on a budget and stick to it is very important and it will keep things organized. we did download some templates earlier but having our own template suits us best (we should have just made one from the beginning). finally, we got the hang of it (i think). there are still some slight changes to be done but overall, it is more or less finalized.
